How I think about finance.

Finance is leverage, not reporting

Numbers exist to move decisions, not just record the past. Every system I build is meant to make the business faster, not to file what already happened.

Automate the repeatable

If a task runs every month, it should learn to run itself. Manual effort is reserved for judgment and exceptions, never for data entry.

Build the system before you need it

Infrastructure laid during calm scales silently through chaos. Hypergrowth rewards the rails that were set up early, not the ones improvised mid-sprint.

Clean books are a growth asset

Reconciled, current accounting isn't hygiene, it's the foundation that diligence, funding rounds and fast decisions all stand on.
